More than any specific issue, I want to uphold the fine legacy of Vicki Huntington, a legacy of responsible, independent representation for South Delta. I believe that the established political parties have a lot to contribute to the good governance of our beautiful province. However, the current practice of upholding the party platform creates a rigidity that prevents the open dialogue necessary to keep a democracy healthy. That is why I choose to run as an independent for MLA of Delta - South. My promise to you is that I will speak the truth. My commitment is to the wellbeing and prosperity of South Delta and to carrying the voice of the people to Victoria. I want elected representatives to come together across party lines to discuss the facts and the available information and to make the best decision for British Columbia. My home always has been and always will be South Delta.
